Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Essex County Youth Futsal

Teams that can not be placed on the requested day of play will be refunded the full deposit/team fee paid. Teams withdrawing before November 5, 2025 (Intro Season) or December 24, 2025 (Regular Season) will be refunded the deposit/team fee paid less a $25 administration fee. Teams withdrawing on or after November 5, 2025 (Intro Season) or December 24, 2025 (Regular Season) will be refunded a prorated portion of the team fee less a $95 administration fee. Transaction fees for credit/debit card transactions are not refundable.

ECYFL Free Agent Program

No refunds will be available once a player is placed, invoiced and paid.

ECYFL Futsal Academy

Refunds will be considered upon written request sent to info@ecyfl.org Approved refunds prior to the start of the program will be issued less a $25 administration fee. Approved refunds after the start of the program will be prorated based on the number of sessions remaining and less a $25 administration fee.

Futsal Referee Registration

Summer Boys HS Training

Refund requests must be made in writing via email and are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Refunds after the program starts will be pro-rated based on the number sessions remaining.

Summer Girls HS Training

Refund requests must be made in writing via email and are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Refunds after the program starts will be pro-rated based on the number sessions remaining.

Summer Soccer Skills

Refund requests must be made in writing via email and are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Refunds after the program starts will be pro-rated based on the number sessions remaining.
